JULIA WHITEHEAD – Intimate Crowds – solo exhibition

                       30th September – 15th October

The opening exhibition of our new premises

Join us in Pimlico for what promises to be a spectacular night of art, culture and friends, as we launch our first event at our new site. Since our move, we have been preparing to step back into the local and international arena, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you to our gallery with Julia Whitehead.

Julia Whitehead

Born in Hertfordshire, England in 1969, Julia Whitehead studied Illustration & Printmaking at Cambridge. Under her maiden name of Hawkins, Julia’s work has been published and distributed worldwide as fine art prints, greeting cards and textiles. We are proud to represent her and hope you will join us to view Julia’s new portfolio, as well as support your new Pimlico Gallery.

Intimate Crowds

“We are familiar with the scenes of busy, crowded streets but don’t always see them from a different perspective or remove ourselves from the crowd to be able to stand and watch. The shapes, colours, shadows and dynamics of moving bodies whether seen individually or as a group, provide a never ending source of inspiration to me as an artist.”

Private View

We would like to invite you to attend the opening of the show on:

Thursday 29th September 2022 from 6pm – 8.30pm

Please RSVP via our gallery email: info@londoncontemporaryart.co.uk
